Flashbulb Theatre company has been formed by a group of artists wanting to bring visual theatre to the West Midlands and further afield. Katherine Goodenough, Kellie Chater, Shona Bland and Christopher Pigram graduated together in 2008 from Dartington College of Arts with the ambition and passion to achieve this goal. Their first production, 'The Perfect Story' will premiere at Newhampton Arts Centre, Wolverhampton and for this production they each undertook different roles within the company.
Katherine Goodenough ('The Corner Shop', Black Country Touring, 'The Library', Birmingham Central Library, 'Next Door but One' Pleasant Banter, 'The human Penny Peep Show' The Peekaboo players) is the director and collaborator of 'The Perfect Story'. After working with numerous other theatre companies within the West Midlands, she is the leader within the ensemble based rehearsals. Katherine Goodenough has also been lucky enough to be chosen as a west Midland Optimist.
Kellie Chater ('Little shop of horrors' S**t Happens productions , 'Snow white and the seven dwarfs' Ann Olivers, 'Penny Peep Show' the peekaboo players) For the production of 'The Perfect Story' Kellie is working as a performer, collaborator and is a founder member of Flashbulb Theatre.
Shona Bland ('Next door but one' Pleasant Banter, 'Shakespeare medley' Mustardseed theatre, winner of the Harbour award, a busary award for 'Clown tank' Anthrapoid, 'Popcorn' S**t Happens productions, 'The Worst Toast i Ever Had' Fly in The Jam) For the production of 'The Perfect Story' Shona is working as a performer, collaborator and is a founding member of the company.
Christopher Pigram ('Shakespeare Medley' Mustardseed Theatre, 'Mother Goose' Partytime, 'Granny Auto Theft' Anthrapoid for London Bridge Festival, 'Paragon' Marie Ehuy, 'Just Breathe' Tense Moments ). For the production of 'The Perfect Story Chris is wokring as a performer, collaborator and is a founding member of Flashbulb Theater.
